Intern of the Week - Megan McKinstry

Get to know our intern of the week, Megan McKinstry!

Megan is from Atlanta, Georgia, and is working in communications and client engagement for Narwhal Capital Management. She is eager to gain experience in corporate public relations and communications through her internship. Megan is also looking forward to learning more about finance and investing. She said, “I’ve grown up around many people that work in the finance world, so have always wanted to learn more. When I found out about the Narwhal internship, I thought it was the perfect way to combine my current skills with something new.”

Megan helps manage the website and social media platforms for Narwhal. She also creates blog posts and campaigns to help market Narwhal to its target audience. When asked what she likes most about the work environment, Megan replied, “everyone really respects my opinions and recommendations. I always feel comfortable speaking up when I have a new idea.”

Megan graduated from Auburn University this year with a major in public relations and a minor in business. In her free time, she enjoys reading and walking her dog along the Chattahoochee.
